things that make you go hmm…
During the morning bloglines check, I came across a few interesting things. And, they don’t relate to anything except for the fact that they come from Georgia. But, I’m sure they have some sort of relevance for today.
In Cobbloviate, Professor Cobb linked an article to the Hartwell Sun. Apparently, a state senator has said that immigration is linked to abortion. You see… all those unborn babies could have been working… working those jobs that even the poorest of American citizens often refuse to accept. It makes sense, right? Come on, America! Get off your duff and realize that you think you’re too good to do anything that would take in less than your neighbor. And, while you’re waiting for that job that will change everything, don’t mind that your family is barely getting by.
Just for one moment, think about this entire matrix. Immigrants will work these jobs that no one is willing to take. Why? It’s money! And, they can send it back to their family to take care of them. I’d like to make a motion that America stop calling itself a land of virtue and morals when we refuse to take what we can get to help our families, and blame those who are ‘beneath’ us for taking money away. The only one is taking money away from you is yourself, because of your selfish pride. Can I get a second?

At least, after a cursory physical eamination, I can attest that she has two of everything it takes to qualify: two legs, two arms, two ears, two eyes, two lips…..I hope I didn’t leave anything out.
Oh my! That deserves a fashion citation.
